Our story
I'm Vanessa, a business strategist and operations consultant who helps expanding entrepreneurs stop being an employee in their own business.
With nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, event operations, and high-ticket client success, I've built businesses from the ground up, led high-performing teams, and worked deep inside the backend of scaling companies. As Manager of High Ticket Client Success at Mastermind.com, I oversaw community engagement, retention systems, and coaching operations for hundreds of business owners at once, and I've watched firsthand what happens when the backend is built right, and what it quietly costs when it isn't.
Through my consulting work, I help founders build out their communities, document their systems, train their teams, and run launches that don't mean starting from scratch every time, so your business can grow without you holding every single piece of it together.
